Location

Our festival takes place on West 4th Avenue in Kitsilano, between Burrard Street and Macdonald Street. Main festival Entrance points are Burrard, Arbutus and Macdonald. The side street entrances are at Cypress, Maple, Yew, Vine, Balsam, Trafalgar and Stephens.

Please help us be responsible neighbours and keep parking issues to a minimum in our community. Please plan your trip where possible by transit, biking, walking or car sharing.

The Khatsahlano site is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs or other impediments throughout the site. Most restaurants and retailers are fully wheelchair accessible too.

Here are just some of the ways to get to the festival:

Transit

Plan your trip using Translink’s Trip Planner.

Buses run very frequently to the festival site from all parts of the Lower Mainland, and the 90 minute fare is $2.85 from anywhere served by the TransLink system. Create a travel plan to West 4th & Burrard Street or West 4th & MacDonald Street.

Please see these maps for more information on the closest Skytrain routes available: Skytrain Station Map & Broadway – City Hall Station Entrance Map.

Cycling

There are many cycling route options with safe, designated bike lanes, shared traffic lanes and off-street pathways. Check out Metro Vancouver – Metro Vancouver’s updated Bike Map.

If you are travelling from outside the area on the map, take a look at Translink’s Regional Bike Maps.

Ride your bike to the event and The Bicycle Valet will hold on to your bike for FREE, providing safe bicycle parking-valet style! We have two Bike Valet’s at Khatsahlano, one is located at Cypress Street between West 4th and West 5th. The second location is at Trafalgar Street between West 4th and West 5th.
